AI Tech Minty started in late 2025 out of a recurring frustration: most AI and technology coverage was either too shallow to act on or too technical to apply without a weekend of research. The goal here is to answer the only question that actually matters to a busy reader — “what should I do with this, and is it worth my time?”

The site is written and edited by Mohd Washid, software developer & founder. I'm Mohd Washid, a 23-year-old software developer. I hold a BCA (2022) and an MCA (2024), and I build cross-platform apps with Flutter for web, Android, and iOS. I started AI Tech Minty to share the AI and productivity tools I actually use in my day-to-day development work — cutting through the hype with practical, hands-on guidance you can act on the same day.

Every guide is based on hands-on use where possible: I test the tools and products I can get my hands on, read the documentation for the ones I cannot, and cite outside sources when a claim needs backing. When a tool is overhyped, I say so. When a cheaper option is the smarter buy, I say that too. If I get something wrong, I correct it and note the change.

I cover a focused set of areas I actually use every week: AI guides, tech tutorials, productivity systems, digital-skill roadmaps, and selective reviews. Readers are mostly students, creators, freelancers, and working professionals who want less noise and more signal.
